Let’s take the current situation with the pandemic. It come out of
nowhere and let’s admit it, it’s completely out of our control. It shut
down schools and businesses. But
did we let that stop us? NO, we did not. We adapted and overcame
that change.Schools started operating online and many businesses
started online working as well. Vaccination processes started and we
wear masks to protect ourselves and others from the virus.

So, just like this, instead of lamenting over things that we cannot
control, such as change, let us focus on the things that we can
control. In the wise words of the venerated philosopher Laozi,” Life is
a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that
only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally
forward in whatever way that they like.”
