The Serengeti

The majestic, brilliant white sphere steals the show at the
Serengeti. Being its own only spotlight, it enraptures its audience
with its picture- perfect surreality. The harmonising bird calls, in
the distance, echo throughout the vast plain as if they are asking
for the sun to do an encore of its magnificent show of rays. The
conceited rhinoceros, oblivious to the magnificent scene bestowed
upon him, leisurely eats the luscious green grass, his evening
snack. A giant giraffe takes note of the once in a lifetime
moment. It stands in awe and in a complete daze, hypnotised by
the sun’s radiance. Another towering giraffe elegantly eats the
leaves of a neighbouring tree, taking account of the flamboyant
sun leisurely setting in the west. The Crimson Ness of the sky
does not fade away as the brilliant white being begins to set; It
stays there, unaffected by time. As the thin wispy clouds moved
apart, so as not to cover the suns glory, singing birds fly past the
brilliant door, harmonising perfectly with the backdrop, dancing
and playing mischievously with the sphere. It is an elusive beauty,
rarely captured. Now its timeless beauty is held forever in a single
photograph.
